2017 MSU Science Festival set for April 7-23

The fifth annual MSU Science Festival will highlight the fields of science, technology, engineering, arts and math in 15-plus cities across Michigan April 7-23.

With more than 50 new presentations, the festival will feature talks, demonstrations, tours, open houses and guest speakers. Events and activities are presented by members of the MSU scientific community, science professionals and educators from across the state. The schedule of events can be found here.

“Advancements in science and technology impact our daily lives and shape our future in amazing ways,” said Renee Leone, festival coordinator. “We are reminded of this every time we pause and consider our cell phones, computers, water and food resources, medical advancements and new emerging autonomous vehicles. The Science Festival is an exciting opportunity to experience these innovations live and to exchange ideas with researchers and professionals first hand.”
