MSU alumna claims gold medal in rowing

At Michigan State University, opportunities are available in the classroom, on the field and along the banks of the Red Cedar. For some students, MSU is a place to cultivate passions already within. But for Emily Regan, MSU alumna and newly minted Olympic gold medalist, MSU is where she found her love of rowing.

As the Detroit Free Press reports, Regan discovered the sport after getting information at a booth while she was attending MSU.
